Electric Cycle for Smart City

Here is the happy news for the delight of environmentalists and people for health and fitness.  Electric Cycles are coming to Smart City, Mangalore for the first TIME in history. Electric Cycles are made available at HAMSMART, The largest Sports, Fitness and Fashion showroom at City Centre Mall, Mangalore.

E-Cycle being a symbol of environmental care and health concern will be presented to Mangalore by Sri. JR Lobo, MLA, Mangalore South Constituency. Sri. S.M. Arshad - Managing Director, City Centre Mall and other guests will grace the occasion. The event is scheduled to be held at 5.30 pm at HAMSMART Showroom, 4^th Floor, City Centre Mall, Mangalore. 

Mr. Baskar, Engineer from Hulikkal Brand will brief about the features of the Electric Cycle. Electric Cycle has both the features of Automatic Driving and Pedalling. The cycle that cost just Rs. 35,000/- and the running cost of about 20 paisa per Kilo meter. One can pedal it for fitness and drive it for a free drive.

This is a fantastic vehicle for city drive, campus drive and for every short radius drives. Thirty Kilometres is the utility for a single time recharge of the battery.

The E-Bike (it is also called in that way) is India’s first LITHIUM ION Battery powered Electric Cycle. HULIKKAL is the Brand name of the E- Cycle. The company is situated in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.

The E-Cycle is approved by Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), Pune under No Licence, No Registration Category. It can be used by students including girls and boys since the design is made to fit for both of them.
